Family friendly and flexible workplace
 

We offer 6 weeks paid maternity leave and 1 weeks paid paternity leave to all staff. There are a range of flexible work arrangements that are available to staff. These include casual, part-time employment, job sharing, flexible start and finish times, time in lieu and working from home.

To recognise the importance of teamwork we offer a Team Bonus scheme where employees can earn up to 7.5% of base salary if their branch and Ausco meet financial performance targets

Safe and ethical place to work
 

Ausco has Australian Standard AS 4801 Safety Accreditation in most of our branches and we take Safety seriously. Ausco has won various awards for our Safety systems and Safety records in both our manufacturing and on site activities. We also expect all staff to adhere to our Code of Ethics, which explains the behavioural and ethical standards that we adhere to. Honesty, trust and transparency are the cornerstone of these standards.
